Golden Skn Beauty & Esthetics thanks you for putting your skin in the hands of our skincare expert! 
Please note that a valid credit card is required on file at the time of booking. By booking online, you agree to our outlined policies below.

COVID19 GUIDELINES

To ensure the safety of our guests and staff we are currently operating by appointment only. We cannot accept walk-ins at this time to ensure we are staying and less than 50% capacity. In addition to your safety, we ask and require all guests to wear a mask upon entering the facility. All of our technicians continue to practice CDC guidelines as it has been required in our licensure. To take extra precautions, our staff is required to wear masks and have daily "well checks". Our facility is deep cleaned daily with high traffic areas sprayed down. 

In addition appointments are staggered to avoid more than 2 people waiting in the lobby some services may be tweaked slightly to ensure your safety in regards to linens. We are still providing you the ultimate experience while following CDC guidelines to stay safe & well!


LATE ARRIVALS
It is best to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive later than the scheduled start time we still have to end your treatment on the initial scheduled end time. Please keep in mind that you will be charged for the cost of the initial scheduled appointment.  In order to get the most of your treatments by us, please be on time!


LATE/TARDY POLICY
Golden Skn allows a 10 minute grace period. Tardiness is a major disruption to our day. Please note that if you are 10 minutes or more late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service booked. CLIENTS WHO HAVE NOT ARRIVED AT THE 10 MINUTE MARK WILL BE MARKED AS A NO CALL/NO SHOW. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service. If there is a possibility of being late, we ask that you contact us by email at info@goldensknesthetics.com or be leaving a voicemail at (254) 271-4488.


CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING POLICY

YOUR APPOINTMENT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US. THEY ARE RESERVED ESPECIALLY FOR YOU. WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS ARE NECESSARY. THEREFORE, WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME FOR CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS. GOLDEN SKN ALLOWS UP TO ONE RESCHEDULE.

APPOINTSMENTS MAY ONLY BE CANCELED VIA EMAIL SENT TO INFO@GOLDENSKNESTHETICS.COM OR BY LEAVING A VOICE MESSAGE AT (254) 271-4488. SENDING A MESSAGE TO OUR SOCIAL MEDIA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS PROPER CANCELLATION.

ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WITH 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.
ALL “NO SHOWS” AND LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.


We recognize the time of our clients and therapist is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. 

Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely.

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment as a priority.


PAYMENT POLICY

A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card holders. Full payments is due at time of service. If you choose to use an alternate form of payment at the time of your appointment, you may do so. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks.


MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services.

Some treatments are not recommended for guests who have certain conditions. For your safety we require a doctor’s clearance before beginning treatment, particularly in the face of the following conditions:
• Cancer
• Cardiovascular conditions, including high or low blood pressure
• Swollen or painful lymph nodes
• Undiagnosed skin rash or thrombosis
• New injury of any kind
• Open sores
• Arthritis (osteo- or rheumatoid)
• Diabetes
• Blood Disorder and Disease

Please note that individuals who have received Botox or Dermal fillers (any injectables), chemical peels, micro-needling, micro-blading, permanent makeup/tattoo, cosmetic treatments with laser or ultrasound, Must wait at least 2 weeks before any facial treatment can be performed.

Individuals prescribed Accutane (Isotretinoin Therapy) must wait 6-12 months after completion of the prescription before any facial treatment can be performed.

*Please note, any individual who does not inform the skincare therapist of any allergy or contraindication prior to the scheduled service cannot hold Golden Skn accountable*


SICK OR FEELING UNWELL
If you are sick or under the weather, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. Getting a facial while sick is not recommended and in some cases can make you feel worse. We also would like to make sure to respect and protect everyone's well-being.


PRICES AND SERVICES
PRICES AND SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO KEEP OUR CLIENTS UP TO DATE ON ANY CHANGES THAT MAY OCCUR BUT ENCOURAGE ALL CLIENTS TO INQUIRE ABOUT PRICING AND AVAILABLE SERVICES WHEN BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.


REFUNDS
UNFORTUNATELY, ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS RENDERED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. BY BOOKING WITH GOLDEN SKN BEAUTY & ESTHETICS YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL POLICIES STATED ABOVE. 

Charges due to a No Call/No Show are non refundable. If a client books for services after a No Call/No Show fee is charged, the charges WILL NOT be applied to future services.


GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
Gift Cards may be purchased at Golden Skn. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift cards even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for a cash value.


PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or in your automobile. Golden Skn is not responsible for any lost or misplaced personal items. If items are found, we will contact and arrange pickup for personal items.


QUIET ENVIRONMENT
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and all mobile devices must be turned off or put on silent when checking in. Phone usage will not be allowed in the treatment area, as it prevents us from completing your service smoothly and disrupts others in treatment. Clients who become a disruption to our quiet environment, may be asked to leave.


CHILDREN & VISITORS ACCOMPANYING THE CLIENT
Due to limited seating and our Quiet Environment Policy, Golden Skn is strictly reserved for clients only. We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying the clients.Clients who bring small children to their appointments will be required to rebook for another time as we cannot not service you. Small children distract from the services being rendered, as well disturbs our other technicians and their clients.

Clients under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or guardian present
